The One Manzanilla Sherry Cask is new a limited-edition bottling from The Lakes Distillery. This blended whisky has been matured for an additional 12-18 months in first-fill high quality Manzanilla Sherry Casks.

Manzanilla Sherry is similar to Fino Sherry. But, it is made in a specific Andalusian town called Sanlúcar de Barrameda renowned for its unique climate and its effect on the sherry. Sanlúcar de Barrameda has a humid climate close to the sea. This causes the flor to grow thicker during production, creating a richer, more perfumed characteristic to the sherry.
