Bowmore 1997 Tasting Notes

Nose: Elegant, fragrant nose, like a well-aged burgundy chardonnay. Rich in white chocolate which contrasts hints of stove charcoal and toasted wood.

Palate: Elegant, round and disarming. The sherry maturation has enhanced and emphasised the character of Bowmore's spirit. Floral with fruit and delicate peat.

Finish: Long and succulent. More elegant fruit with a background of Islay peat.
