Here we have an excellent single cask Mannochmore bottled by Murray McDavid as a UK exclusive. It was distilled in 2008 before spending 11 years in a single hogshead. Murray McDavid then finished it for a further 2 years in a pedro ximénez cask from bodega Ximénez-Spínola, just west of Jerez de la Frontera.
