Pushing for a paradigm shift in the current understanding of what a premium Single Malt should be, their vocation focalizes on producing better Whiskey for a better price. A real worthy work, we say. ASM also swears on proprietary filtration and stresses the importance of the finishing process, fittingly calling themselves “finishers” before anything else. Their rich and well-aged distillates get finished in sherry casks while the wood gets monitored for the levels of toast and char. With such meticulous supervision, ASM really ensures the removal of unnecessary harshness and allows for those desired distinctive flavors to get pulled out of sherry oak and develop to their full potential.

AMS American Single Malt Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley, pot distilled, aged for a minimum of three years, and of course, finished in the above-mentioned sherry casks. Awarded the double gold medal at the New York International Spirits Competition 2022, this sourced Spirit offers a well-thought-out, nuanced complexity that materializes in inciting honeysuckle, pecan, and red apple aromas.
