History
Los Javis Espadín Joven Mezcal is a premium Mezcal produced from Maguey Espadin in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca, which offers an authentic and exciting taste. The agave used to make this premium mezcal were roasted in an underground ovens, then the pineapples are crushed by horse drawn Tahona, and fermented with open air yeasts, before being double distilled in a copper pot stills to instill purity. Whether you enjoy it in Mexico or around the world, it's a must-have for tequila enthusiasts who want to choose this incredible tequila's authenticity and unique taste.
