Nose: A deep and brooding dram with leather, toasted raisins and walnuts, smouldering campfire, clove studded ham and a touch of mocha.

Palate: A nuttiness with hazelnuts and chocolate covered Brazil nuts, along with Christmas cake, sherry soaked cranberries, espresso, and cask stave.

Finish: A robust, earthy finish provides dark chocolate, black tea and sticky raisins.
