Fid Street Gin is a unique creation that seamlessly blends the old English and American craft gin styles. It is the first-ever gin produced on the island of Maui and only the second in all of Hawai'i since the Prohibition era. The gin is made using eleven botanicals and local Hawaiian fruit and distilled in distinctive glass stills.

Fid Street Gin is named after a sailor's term for "drink," and it pays homage to the Victorian era when English ships arrived in Honolulu Harbor, leaving a lasting influence. Fid Street, now known as lower Nu'uanu Avenue in Honolulu, was where thirsty sailors and locals came to revel. This gin celebrates this history by combining the elements of a London Dry gin with locally sourced Hawaiian ingredients, resulting in a one-of-a-kind taste experience.
