Barrel number 1569, filled on 3/15/18, has matured gracefully for around 5 years, boasting a robust 53.5% ABV. In the glass, the bourbon reveals a captivating appearance, presenting a light mahogany/medium honey hue that sets the stage for an enticing tasting experience.

Upon nosing, the whiskey delights with aromas of freshly baked brioche, complemented by subtle sour wheat notes.
