Double-distilled in stainless steel, Don Ramon Platinium Plata is a brilliantly smooth Tequila that has even been charcoal filtered to remove any impurities that could have stayed in the Spirit. It was made with the agave anovillado variety that was harvested at its exact point of maturity. A clear Tequila, this Plata is far from bland: bursting with bright citrus and sweet agave notes, it reveals fruity and mineral layers underneath.
