Champagne Gosset Extra Brut Grand Blanc de Noirs is a stunning, carefully crafted masterpiece with an unwavering commitment to quality, capturing the very essence of the traditional Champagne craftsman through modernity a little surprisingly. It is delicate with fine bubbles, and minerals on the palate. Full bodied with elegant and pure with a stimulating salty cuvée. Harmonious notes of baked plum, white peach, and apricots, with a smoky finish of slight lemon hints.

History
Champagne Gosset Extra Brut Grand Blanc de Noirs is crafted with a blend of champagnes from the Cote Des Blancs, and Montagne, de Reims. It was founded by Pierre Gosset in 1584. It is still preserved by the family today. Gosset’s reputation for excellence starts with the vines. Its champagnes are composed almost entirely of grapes from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards. This avoids malolactic fermentation and always performs riddling and disgorging of prestige cuvées and large-format bottles by hand. Gosset Champagnes are made with infinite care and kept in deep cellars for at least three years and up to five or more for vintage and prestige cuvées before release.
