Created by Master Mezcalero Jorge, Catedral de Mi Padre Mezcal Espadin is a small batch, handmade Mezcal that’s crafted from 100% Espadin agave. Double distilled in copper pots with only artisanal methods, this one is bound to entice your taste buds with hints of salty earth notes and oak tree forests. Nicknamed the Elixir of the Gods by its creators, it won Silver at the 2022 California Craft Spirit Awards.
