Founded in 2014, Denning’s Point Distillery is an award-winning craft distillery that brings you the historic Spirits of the Hudson Valley – at least what they’d look like today. A modern interpretation, if you will. With over 25 years of (local) distilling experience, their Bourbon, Vodkas, Brandy, and Gin are all products of grains and fruit that come from local family farms within 50 miles.

Beacon Special Release Cask Strength Bourbon Whiskey is an absolute showstopper. Bottled at cask strength, the flavors of vanilla, butterscotch, rye, and oaky spice are brought to you as pure as they get. Complex and full of nuances, this is a single barrel expression, which means every barrel is unique. Add a few drops of water to open up the flavor profile at a whopping 116 proof or dig into it neat if you can handle it.
