Angel Malpica started experimenting with Tequila while overseeing shipments of the juice to be transported directly to Emiliano Zapata's soldiers during the Mexican revolution. History would prove his eclectic infused blend of dried fruit and spices and aged Tequila—similar to methods used in infused aged Brandy—to be a revolution in its own right.

Escor Tauro is Angel's fine sipping liquid legacy, a result of years of careful cultivation and experimentation to achieve a uniquely complex and balanced Tequila. Made with 100% Blue Weber Agave Tequilana and aged in American oak barrels for five years, Escor Tauro elicits flavors of sweet vanilla, candied fruit, agave, oak, and a little spice. To leave a lasting impression, it's bottled in an exquisite cobalt blue bottle.
